Requirements
- 3+ years’ work experience in a professional setting in a similar role

- Good understanding of design workflow and general aesthetics
- Experience in creating wireframes
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of development and coding practices, good understanding of web-technologies (programming knowledge a plus)
- Excellent skills in managing budgets, schedules and project requirements
- Strong attention to detail, as well as analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients
- Great communication skills is a must
- Identifying areas of improvement in internal tools and processes
- Experience in QA best practices
- Strong English skills is a must, both written and spoken

Job Responsibilities
- Work with Visual Designers to implement interactive solutions and complex interaction problems with XAML code and HTML
- Transform prototypes into fully functional new interactions and animations using XAML and WPF
- Design and develop new XAML components utilizing Microsoft Blend
- Analyze current codebase to make recommendations for WPF and Silverlight compatibility while utilizing a strong best practices approach
- Write code to connect to web services and databases
Job Requirements
- Experience with web technologies (XAML, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Basic understanding of the MVVM framework and Model Entity Framework
- Strong C# development skills using technologies including: C#, .NET 1.1-4.0, Web Services, etc.
